The European Data Protection Seal

Europrivacy is officially recognized as European Data Protection Seal, to certify the conformity of data processing, including products and services, under Art. 42 GDPR. It allows to reduce risks, save costs, simplify and value compliance, build trust, and enjoy the advantage and legal effects of a GDPR certification. Europrivacy certificates are formally recognized by data protection authorities of 30 countries: all EU and EEA Member States.
Europrivacy is supported by online resources and a global ecosystem of qualified partners, including the largest certification bodies, law firms, consulting firms, and solution providers. Europrivacy is continuously maintained by the European Centre for Certification and Privacy (ECCP) in Luxembourg and supervised by an International Board of Experts.
